By accessing the Customeeze website, placing an order, uploading content, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. To use our services, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or otherwise have the legal authority to place an order.

Customeeze offers both customized and non-customized products, including personalized engraved items. Because many of our products are made to order, handcrafted, or customized, slight variations may occur in appearance, alignment, finish, brightness, placement, scale, or color representation. These normal variations are not considered defects. Product photos, mockups, previews, and descriptions are for illustration purposes and may not exactly match the final product.

When you submit any image, text, design, logo, artwork, likeness, or other content, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have permission to do so, including permission from any people shown in the content where required. You also confirm that your submitted content does not violate any law, infringe on any third-party rights, or include prohibited material. Customeeze reserves the right to reject any order or submitted content, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Customeeze. Placing an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, file-quality issues, policy concerns, product availability, or operational limitations. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be completed before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed by Customeeze. We also reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, or system errors even after an order has been submitted.

Customers are solely responsible for making sure that all submitted customization details are accurate and final, including names, dates, spelling, wording, image selections, and file quality. Customeeze is not responsible for mistakes that originate from customer-submitted content.

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our other store policies, including our Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds, and Limited Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy. These policies are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By providing your contact information, you agree that Customeeze may send you order-related, service, legal, or support communications, and where permitted by law, promotional messages. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from contacting you about your order or account when necessary.

All branding, text, graphics, logos, layouts, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Customeeze and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the site, our business, or others. This includes interfering with website security or operations, uploading malicious code, submitting infringing or abusive content, attempting unauthorized access, or misusing promotions, discounts, refunds, or support processes.

Except as expressly stated in our Limited Warranty Policy or where required by law, Customeeze provides its website, products, and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customeeze’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order, product, or service will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific affected product or service. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting a revised version on our website.
