Shipping Policy

At Customeeze, every order is prepared with care. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, customization details, destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal order volume.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and all customization details are submitted correctly and approved. Processing time includes preparing your order, personalizing it, inspecting it, packing it, and handing it off to the shipping carrier. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

In some cases, extra processing time may be needed. This can happen if customization details are incomplete, customer responses are delayed, payment requires review, or circumstances outside our control affect fulfillment.

We may offer free basic ground shipping on eligible orders, along with paid expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping times shown at checkout apply only after the order has been shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the carrier specifically provides a guaranteed service and that option is purchased when available.

Please note that expedited shipping only speeds up carrier transit time. It does not reduce our processing time unless we specifically agree to that in writing. Next-day and 2-day shipping options may also depend on order cutoff times, destination eligibility, carrier limitations, and operating conditions. Once an order has shipped, expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Customeeze is not responsible for delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned because of an address issue, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the recipient, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be sent again.

Once Customeeze hands the package over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, labor disruptions, holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives and reporting any visible shipping damage promptly.

International shipping, if available, will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges that may apply.
